Terms of Service of Orzeł Strategii Group

1. Who prepared these terms?

This document is a collection of clear rules on which our office operates – Orzeł Strategii Group, based in Warsaw at ul. Marszałkowska 126/134. We are not a large, impersonal corporation. We are a team of experts helping medium-sized companies manage taxes and law. We wrote these terms in human language because we respect your time. We want you to know exactly where you stand before we sign any contract. By using our site or ordering an audit from us, you agree to these rules.

2. What do we do, and what do we not?

At Orzeł Strategii Group, we focus on specifics. Our main services are tax optimization, legal audit, and support in selling or buying companies. We look for legal savings and catch errors in contracts. Important note: we are not your daily accounting office. We do not book your invoices or make transfers to ZUS. We step in where specialist knowledge is needed to secure your assets against the tax office or an unfair contractor. We act as advisors and analysts.

3. How do we start cooperation?

Everything starts with a conversation. The first phone consultation is always free here. During this talk, Andrzej Mazur or Katarzyna Kwiatkowska assess if we can help you at all. If we see that your situation requires an audit, we present an offer. The contract is concluded when you accept the quote and send us the necessary authorizations. We do not start work without your clear consent and budget setting. We play with open cards from the very beginning.

4. Your duties as a client

For us to do our job well, we need the truth and a complete set of documents from you. If you order a Quick Audit, you must show us all contracts and letters from the office we ask for. We cannot take responsibility for the outcome of our analysis if you hide important facts from us or give us false papers. Our work is a bit like a visit to a doctor – the more you tell us about the state of your company, the better medicine we will select. Also remember to provide documents on time, because the tax office does not like to wait.

5. Money and payments

The rules are simple and transparent, just like in our price list. For a Quick Audit, you pay a one-time fee of 3,500 PLN. Ongoing Care costs 1,800 PLN per month. For larger projects, like Due Diligence, we set the rate individually and enter it into a separate contract. All prices are given in net amounts, to which we add VAT. We issue an invoice for every payment. The payment deadline is usually 7 days. If you are late with payment, we have the right to suspend work on your project until the matter is clarified.

6. Our responsibility and risk

Polish tax law changes very quickly. What was legal yesterday might be questioned by the office tomorrow. We base our analyses on current regulations and our many years of experience. We give you the best possible solutions, but we are not fortune tellers. We cannot guarantee that a tax audit will never appear at your place. However, we guarantee that after our audit, you will be much better prepared for that audit. Our financial liability for any errors in advisory is limited to the amount of remuneration you paid us for the given service.

7. Your secrets are safe with us

Discretion is a foundation at Orzeł Strategii Group. Everything you tell us about your earnings, employees, or development plans stays between us. We sign a hard commitment to confidentiality. Your documents are stored in a secure office on Marszałkowska or on encrypted servers. No unauthorized person has access to them. We do not boast about our clients' names without their consent. Your peace of mind and the security of your company are our priorities.

8. Intellectual property

All contract templates, audit reports, and optimization plans we prepare for you are for your use. You can use them in your company without any restrictions. Remember, however, that you cannot resell them to other people or publish them on the internet as your own. Copyrights to analysis methods and content on our website belong to Orzeł Strategii Group. Let's respect each other's work.

9. Complaints and disputes

We are only humans and know that misunderstandings happen in business. If you think we did something wrong, don't write official letters immediately. Call us at +48 22 620 00 00. Andrzej or Katarzyna will personally listen to your objections and try to find a solution within 48 hours. If, however, we do not reach an agreement (though it rarely happens), any disputes will be resolved by the court competent for our headquarters in Warsaw. We always try to settle matters amicably because it's a waste of time for courts.

10. How to end cooperation?

If you use our Ongoing Care, you can resign from it at any time with a one-month notice period. A short email to biuro@orzelstrategii.pl is enough. We don't hold anyone by force. If we end a one-time project, cooperation expires after submitting the report and paying the invoice. We also have the right to quit working for you if you violate the rules of these terms, for example, by not paying on time or intentionally misleading us.

11. Changes to the terms

The world moves forward, so sometimes we must change something in this document. If we change important rules regarding fees or the scope of services, we will inform you by email 14 days in advance. If you do not agree to the new conditions, you can terminate the contract. Further use of our services after the introduction of changes means you accept the new terms. Everything simple and without unnecessary talk.
